Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website and services offered by True Custom Painting LLC Co. ("we," "our," or "us").


Acceptance of Terms

Services

True Custom Painting provides painting and home improvement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  1. Interior and exterior painting
  2. Crown molding installation
  3. Drywall repair
  4. Related home improvement services


Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided by True Custom Painting are based on the information provided by the client and our assessment of the project. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.


Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or contract provided to the client. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. We accept various payment methods, including:

  1. Credit cards
  2. Checks
  3. Electronic transfers


Scheduling and Completion

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:

  1. Weather conditions
  2. Material availability
  3. Other factors beyond our control

We will communicate any anticipated delays to the client as soon as possible.


Warranty

True Custom Painting provides a warranty on our workmanship as specified in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Improper maintenance
  3. Acts of nature

Paint product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  1. Providing access to the property during scheduled work hours
  2. Removing valuable or fragile items from the work area
  3. Informing us of any special conditions or concerns before work begins


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.


Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of True Custom Painting or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

We may use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Custom Painting shall not be liable for:

  1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  2. Any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly
  3. Any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Custom Painting, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
